Each day has been structured to provide meaningful interactions with Cuban people according to the Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC). We intend to fully comply with all requirements. Individuals are required to keep a copy of their final program which could be requested by OFAC officials at any point in the next five years.
Just 90 miles from US soil, the Carribbean island of Cuba has remained elusive to most Americans but travel is legal under a general license provided by OFAC 31 CFR 515.560(a) subject to specified criteria and conditions, include: support for the Cuban people and humanitarian projects.
The administration allows payments to non-governmental organizations and individuals in the private sector to promote their development.
These activities fall under the guidelines intended to provide support by an individual for the Cuban people to promote independent activity intended to strength civil society in Cuba.

Cost approximately $2000 per person

This land trip is designed for a small group. It features a 19-passenger mini-bus with a professional driver.
