Planning is well underway for our club’s fall service project — building with Habitat for Humanity in Alexandria, Minnesota.
Douglas County Habitat for Humanity will be doing fall builds in a neighborhood called Summer Meadows where we worked in 2024. It’s an opportunity to help build homes for low-income residents of Douglas County and get to know fellow members as we serve together.
Many of our members have permanent or summer homes in the area and will generously provide lodging for participants on a first-come, first-served basis. When capacity fills, others will need to book hotel rooms.
If you plan to participate in this project, please RSVP here.
